Main Duties & Responsibilities include:
Reception, including receiving and directing of phone calls, and welcoming visitors & clients.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and the public, including obtaining quotations and samples from suppliers as and when required.
Capturing of staff time sheets, drawing issues and disbursements.
Maintaining the drawing register.
Some secretarial and organisational duties, including updating the online office calendar, data capture, ordering of office supplies, etc.
General maintenance of the office environment.
The Suitable Candidate should possess the following:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Office Administration.
A minimum of 2 years of previous Office/Administration/Secretarial experience is required.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook) is essential.
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
Strong organisational skills with a systematic, consistent and structured approach to work.
The ability to work and think independently.
The ability to work well under pressure and multitask, while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Well presented, with the ability to interact respectfully and calmly with others on all levels.
