Lerato Kganyago once boasted that she earned R500 000 to promote products on her Instagram account, so it is safe to assume that she is swimming in money
But don’t expect the TV and radio personality to dish out her hard-earned cash for mahhala – especially for silly reasons like buying alcohol.
Lerato received a shocking direct message on social media that left her confused.
One of her followers reached out for help – to buy beer!
“Hello mother I’m broke. It’s a Friday. Can’t you try me nyana and with R100 for 6 pack mahra,” the man wrote.
Lerato could not believe the man had the audacity to make such a ridiculous request.
She took a screenshot of his message and shared it on her Instagram Story
“I’m sure you guys think we got money to play… a grown a** man asking me for chelete ya beer, not even taxi fare,” she wrote.
Looks like the chancer will not be getting free beer anytime soon.
We are not surprised that the man tried his luck, celebrities are known to help needy fans

He did and the 31-year-old kept her promise.
“I still can’t believe it @bonang_m thank you very much. Thank you, may the Lord bless you… Xbox one X delivered today. Thank you very much. Have more life Queen… I don’t know how to thank you enough,” he wrote on Twitter.
