Nosipho Ngcakane’s family are asking for your help to find her. The 26-year-old from Germiston, Ekurhuleni, went missing on Friday and her cousin Aurelia Maruping (43) last saw her when she left for work.
“She didn’t come back because her boyfriend and father of her child fetched her from work and took her to Vosloorus, where he lives.”
Aurelia said she was surprised when she got a call from him on Saturday, asking if Nosipho had returned.
“He told me she left with friends on Friday night and didn’t return.
“His story didn’t make sense. They have a one-year-old kid and, knowing Nosipho, she wouldn’t leave her child to go have fun.
“We can’t rest not knowing where she is. We plead with anyone who might have any information to help us,” she said.
She said Nosipho worked in Germiston.
“She was wearing a navy blouse, jeans and navy heels.”
Aurelia, who said Nosipho and her boyfriend had problems and she wanted to dump him, said it puzzled her which friends Nosipho went out with as she didn’t have any. Captain Piet Rossouw said a missing person’s case was opened.
