You will be the front line in getting the shoes off the line to out the door in a timely and organized manner. This role is so important because it is responsible for assuring we commit delivery times to our customers, and our customers mean everything to us!

Ensure the timely, accurate, and thorough systematic processing of Invoices and Proof of Deliveries on SAP System
Ensure that all copies of Invoices are correctly distributed as per IFF Isando requirements
Liaise with Account Receivable to ensure Invoices are distributed to customers and Master Data is set up for customers in SAP
Assisting CSD in answering telephones and taking orders where needed
Process Invoices for Dispatch, Filing of Invoices and Shipping Advice. Capture Airwaybill for Proof of Delivery Purposes on SAP
This position at times requires dealing with the customer directly and is the first impression the customer has of the company, so it is extremely important you are professional on the phone.
Process/generate invoice in SAP from shipping advice and hand shipping advice with the Invoice back to Transporter to dispatch with goods to the customer.
Responsible for checking each invoice for accuracy and maintaining invoicing log
Ensure that all 3 copies of Invoices are correctly distributed as per IFF Isando requirements
Work closely with our production line to ensure that orders are shipped on time and accurately
Responsible for maintaining invoicing log and reviewing weekly ageing reports
Assisted accounts receivable in e-mailing/posting Invoices and PODs for customer accounts, Co-ordinate with Customer Service on customer Information
Adhere to special customer requirements regarding e-mailing of Invoices and POD’s
Ensure all waybill numbers and customer collection logged properly in the system, to ensure accurate tracking of proof of delivered
Filing and taking necessary steps to place documents in storage and ensure document structuring to ensure easy finding and retrieval when required
Manage all requests related to document positioning, finding and retrieval and handle all enquiries related to paperwork/documents.
Customer Service – Assisting with Customer Calls and Orders when needed
Be an active participant in FSSC, HACCP, GMP
Perform any other reasonable and lawful duties as required by the company.
Environmental Awareness, attend EA training when required by EHS.
Minimum of 1 year’s dispatch and outbound supply-chain experience.
Well organised, preferably with experience in a customer service environment
Must be Computer Literate
Good verbal and written communication skills.
