Credit Controller / Admin Clerk urgently wanted: APPLY NOW

Job Objectives:
Debtors and creditors Reconciliations
Sending out accurate monthly statements of accounts
Following up on outstanding accounts
Contact debtors and request payments
Receiving and accurate allocation of customer’s payments
Correctly managing the COD accounts
Maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders
Debtors aging analysis
Completing timeously all reports as requested by management
Ensuring that the processing of settlement discounts is done in line with company policy
Prepare and process all applicable credit notes
Managing and purchasing of all consumables and stationery
Managing the petty cash
Purchase order capture
Processing of GRV
Managing and maintaining the admin of hr related matters including the leave, overtime, and hours input. Expected to adhere to all end of day procedures and daily banking of cash, Adhoc reporting as required by management

Qualifications & Experience:
Grade 12 with at least 1 to 3 years in same or similar position of credit control
Diploma in Accounting or related field
MS office and Outlook
Sage Evolution experience an advantage
