COVID-19 in SA: Eastern Cape has received dry emergency water tanks


Some Eastern Cape villages have received the emergency tanks promised by national government but the tanks are empty. Residents say the first and last time the tanks had water was when they were delivered. Besides, the tanks in Mbizana and Ntabankulu in the Alfred Nzo District are incorrectly installed.
